 Bank lending is on the rise
Banks have ramped up their lending in recent months after a few tough years for borrowers, but not all small-business owners are clamoring for capital. Only 3% rate lack of credit as their primary problem, according to a National Federation of Independent Business survey. "Two-thirds of business owners say, 'Who wants a loan?' ...
